Ms. Sparkle - Divergent Inspired collection (limited edition)

HI guys! Today I want to share with you a "new to me" indie located in The Netherlands. Ms. Sparkle is owned and operated by the super sweet Simone! She offers hand blended Vegan, Cruelty and 5-Free nail polish, as well as 3D nailart supplies.

This limited edition collection was inspired by the 5 Factions of Divergent:

Dauntless is a gray jelly with spectra flare and iridescent glitters. This polish was meant to be a black to gray thermal, but Simone is having issues with her pigment not working correctly. Thermal or not this is a great polish. For my swatches I did 3 coats plus topcoat, but I'm betting this would look amazing as a 1 coat topper over any dark color! (For my last photo, the nail art was done by creating a decal on my stamper and then placing it over Vapid Lacquers Optimist) *Due to the thermal pigment issue, Simone will be selling this at a lower price than normal

Amity is a gorgeous jelly filled with red glitters, light yellow dots, iridescent shimmer and neon yellow glitters. This too was meant to be a thermal, from a light pink to a red; but again Simone's thermal pigment is not working properly. As I said before, thermal or not..this is an awesome polish. I did 3 generous coats alone for the first few pictures and then did just 2 thin coats over Luxe Lacquer's Kate. I don't even care that the thermal didn't work, I love this so much! It makes for a beautiful glitter topper! Candor is a white crelly base filled teeny black glitters, black stars and black hexagons. It also has a bit of a frosty sheen to it. So pretty! For my photos I did just 2 coats plus topcoat! This was my favorite one of the collection. Maybe because I looooove white crellies filled with glitter, or maybe because it totally reminds me of cookies 'n cream ice cream! (which happens to be my fav ice cream)

Erudite is a gorgeous blue jelly that has a bit of a purple duo chrome effect that I could not capture to save my life! It's also filled with purple and teal/blue holo glitters that are so beautiful in the sunlight! I did just 2 coats plus topcoat! (For my last photo, the nail art was done by creating a decal on my stamper and then placing it over Vapid Lacquers Optimist)

Abnegation is a lovely satin-y silver base filled with holo glitter, silver holo flakies and squares! Love me some flakies! In my photos I am noticing that the polish appears a lot more "bumpy" than it really is. I think the way the sunlight hit it made the glitters that are sandwiched between layers look weird. I don't know..maybe it's just my eyes! Anyway, for these photos I did 3 thin coats plus topcoat! (For my last photo, the nail art was done by creating a decal on my stamper and then placing it over Vapid Lacquers Optimist)

I really loved this collection! This was originally made as a special request, but Simone decided to make it a limited edition collection and has placed some extra sets in her shop! All of these polishes come in 5ml  bottles. There are only a few sets, so be sure to hop on over and snatch one up!

Great theme and colors! Formulas were all great with easy application! As far as the thermal pigments not working...sure it would've been awesome to see them change, but I liked the polishes even without the thermal. They ended up being great toppers of sorts.

Be sure to check out Ms. Sparkle's shop and follow her on her social media sites! She has a Burlesque Glossary collection coming out in the future that looks absolutely beautiful!
