Hi guys! Today I have the newest collection from Melody of Envy Lacquer! The Rock Candy Collection consists of the Brights Trio and the Neutral Trio! Something for everyone!
Lets jump in......
The Neutral Trio
Nekkid Mocha is an absolutely gorgeous taupe/nude jelly that is packed full of small holo shreds and a sort of iridescent micro shimmer that gives off a beautiful blue/green flash! Wonderful formula needing just two coats, plus topcoat.
Licorice Whip is a black jelly filled with small holo shreds and a fine micro shimmer! Super pretty! I again did just two coats, plus topcoat! This is also one of those polishes that will make the perfect galaxy nail background!
Unwrap a Kiss is a steel grey jelly filled with small holo shreds and that same sprinkling of micro shimmer! So so gorgeous and needed just two coats plus topcoat!
The Brights Trio
Zapped Apple is a perfect, bright green apple colored jelly that is filled with tiny holo shreds that appear golden and micro shimmer! For my photos, I did two coats plus topcoat.
Blueberry Blizzard is a deep teal jelly filled with those same tiny holo shreds and micro shimmer. This was also two coats,. plus topcoat. If you have more visible nail line than I do, you may need a third thin coat. Mt visible nail line is a lot more noticeable in these photos than it is in real life.
Razzmatazz is a deep, magenta toned berry jelly filled with small holo shreds and micro shimmer. For me this was also two coats, plus topcoat, but the more layers you add the more deeply beautiful the color gets!
I loved every single one of these! Though they are all packed with the same shreds and micro shimmer, they are not similar at all! Each base color brings out different colored flecks from the shreds, which makes each polish appear completely unique!

DeleteLicorice Whip! Love it! I love that it's more of a charcoal rather than a deep black, and it lets the flakes shine through more. Lovely post!
