Hi guys! Today I have an amazing collection of neon polishes to share with you! The Bright Ideas Collection from Lou It Yourself includes seven bright and opaque creme polishes that will most definitely be used a lot by me this summer! Lets take a look!
Selling Like Hotcakes is a glorious neon pink creme that is opaque in just one coat! Depending on your application, you may need two, but I was able to get away with just one for my photos!
Beg the Question is a gorgeous red toned, neon orange creme! Another amazing formula that was just two coats plus topcoat! When this is seen by itself, it appears a little more red than it really is, but when it is side by side with the neon pink and true orange in the collection, you can definitely see its orange side. Does that make sense? i don't know, maybe it would have been easier to say it is an orange toned red...haah!
The Rest is History is a neon orange creme! This one is the yellow toned orange of the bunch and is gorgeous! Here I did two coats plus topcoat!
Let Bygones, Be Bygones is the classic neon, highlighter yellow colored creme! This one was a little on the thicker side, but still manageable. Also, in true yellow form, this one was also a teeny streaky. For my photos I did three thin coats plus topcoat!
Avoid It Like the Plaque is a beautiful neon, lime green creme. This was also just a teensy thicker than the others, but was still opaque for me in two coats. Depending on your application, you may need to add a third coat.
When It Rains It Pours is a really pretty neon blue creme. Though it's really bright, it still also has a bit of a dusty tone to it that I personally love! Here I did two coats plus topcoat!
Cat Got Your Tongue is a gorgeous neon purple creme! Such a beautiful color and this had an amazing formula that was opaque for me in just one coat!
Do they stamp?! Yes! Yes they do! They actually show up pretty well over black and white; though they are their brightest when stamped over white.
Do they marble?! Oh my goodness, they sure do! They marbled like a dream! I still consider myself a beginner/novice watermarbler, but I had virtually no issues getting these to work! They spread perfectly and really kept their pigmentation in the water!
I really really love this collection! It is easily my fav neon collection this year! Cremes with great formula that stamp and watermarble?! Yes please! The Bright Ideas Collection with be available In Lou It Yourself's shop on Friday, April 15th at 10am MST!
