Joy Lacquer - Halloween Duo (swatches and review)

**press sample**
Hi guys! Today I have Joy Lacquer's Halloween Duo to share with you! Let's get to it!

Knucklehead is named for a variety of gnarly, warty pumpkins that Joy grew this year. It's a beautiful murky green apple shade filled with orange/coppery shimmer. Here I did two coats plus topcoat. If you do thicker coats, you may even get away with just one. It dried smooth, but a little dull and was easy to remove.

Room on the Broom, named for an adorable kids book/video about a friendly witch, is a gorgeous deep charcoal holo filled with purple opalescent glitters and a strong purple/blue shift. Here I did two coats plus topcoat. This dried a little bit textured and needed a little extra scrubbing to remove.

The Halloween Duo will be available in Joy's shop on Friday, October 13th! Each Full Size bottle will be $10.50 and Minis will be $7.50.

  2. I always look forward to going out. A good tip would be to look out for those places with interesting concepts. This place is pretty amazing. I came up here with a friend. The Seattle venues were spacious and food was great.
