Hi guys! Today I have a fun collection from JReine Cosmetics to share with you! Eight beautiful polishes inspired by one of my favs; the Nightmare Before Christmas! Plus this collection is a collab with Stephanie (@varnishedsmg), whom I adore! Let's take a look at what they've come up with!
Sally is a lovely teal crelly filled with green to blue shimmer and ultra chrome chameleon flakes. Here I did two coats plus topcoat. This dries pretty shiny, but ever so slightly textured; almost unnoticeable, but its there. It was easy to remove though.
Jack is a black holo base filled with tons of purple shimmer and violet micro flakes! So pretty! The formula on this is aaaahhhhmazzzing! Seriously, just one coat plus topcoat! The only reason I can see someone needing more than one coat is if they had really long nails. It applied really smooth and even, but a bit dull due to the amount of shimmer. It was also easy to remove.
Triple Trouble is a grey crelly base filled with red shimmer and a touch of aurora shimmer. Here I did two coats plus topcoat, but depending on your application you may need a third. It dried a bit dull and was easy to remove.
Simply Meant to Be is an orange holo base filled with copper shimmer and blackened micro flakes. Another great formula that covered for me in one slightly thicker coat. Depending on your application you may need a second coat. It dried pretty shiny and was easy to remove.
Halloween Town is so beautiful! It's a coppery holo base filled with a buttload of ultra chrome chameleon flakes! You like flakies, you will love this polish! Here I did three thin coats plus topcoat, but most could likely get away with just two coats. The flakies dry pretty flat, but there was a slightly noticeable texture. It also removed with no issues.
This is Halloween a deep blue holo base filled wtih shifting micro flakes and aurora shimmer that glistens a beautiful green/aqua shade at certain angles. Here I did two coats plus topcoat. It dried pretty shiny on its own and was easy to remove.
Zero is a soft white base filled with blue shimmer and blue micro flakes! Super gorgeous in person, but I had an extremely hard time capturing its beauty on camera. Here I did three thin coats plus topcoat. It dried a bit dull, but was easy to remove.
Oogie is amazing! It's a neon green base filled with blue shifting flakes and shimmer. Oh, did I mention is glows in the dark?! The glow is insane and needed very little charge from my lamps! Here I did two coats plus topcoat. It dried shiny on its own and was easy to remove!
