Hi guys! Today I have swatches from new-to-me brand, Lady V Lacquer. They launched their very first collection at the end of August this year! I have five of the polishes from their debut collection to share with you! Let's take a look!
Ex Boyfriend is a deep blue, leaning teal base filled with green/teal shimmer. Here I did two coats plus topcoat, but depending on your application and nail length, you may get away with just one coat. It dried fairly shiny and was easy to remove.
Executive Assistant is a soft pink creme. Here I did two coats plus topcoat, but depending on your application you may need a third. This applied smooth, self leveled and was easy to remove.
Get Famous is a metallic gold in a clear base. If you do a very light coat, you could wear this as a topper, but I prefer it opaque on its own. Here I did two coats plus topcoat. It applied smooth and dried shiny. While it was easy to remove, you'll want to be weary of the shimmer. After I removed it I noticed I have golden sparkles all over my finger. Hehe. Not a bad problem to have, just note worthy.
Pool boy is an aquamarine blue creme. Here I did two thin coats plus topcoat, but depending on your application and nail length, you may only need one coat. It dried slightly dull and was easy to remove.
Ultra Violet Vixen is a pinky purple chrome polish. Here I did two coats plus topcoat, but you may only need one coat. This does apply with quite of a bit of brush strokes, so you'll want to be mindful of that during your application. I'd recommend applying one coat and then possible sponging on the second to avoid them.
Great first impression from this brand. I especially loved Ex Boyfriend and Pool Boy!
Everything you've seen here is currently available in their shop for $11 each.
Thanks for reading!
