Hey guys! Today I Have a new box to share with you! The Jewelry Box!
The Jewelry Box is a monthly box of jewel toned and precious metal inspired polishes. The box is hosted by JReine Cosmetics and will feature a guest maker each month. It will be available for preorder for one week beginning the 25th of each month.
March 2019 Inspiration:
Sisters in the Mystic if a grey jelly base filled with two different sister unicorn pee pigments; a blue to green and a green to blue to violet. Each gives it a bit of a duochrome look. It is also loaded with ultra chrome chameleon flakies. Here I I did three thin coats plus topcoat. Due to the amount of sister UP, it does dry a bit dull on its own, but shines up beautifully with topcoat. It is also very easy to remove.
Watermelon Tourmaline is a turquoise when warm to purple when cold thermal filled with holo and crystal flakies. I had a hard time getting my own skin's temperature to cooperate, so I only have transition photos to share; however I wanted to note that this does have sort a tri-thermal quality to it. As it transitions you can also see a darker blue wash over the nail. Here I did two coats plus topcoat. This was pretty shiny on its own, but I'd still do topcoat to ensure longevity of your mani. This is also easy to remove.
