Hi guys! Today I have a new vinyl, indie brand to share with you! La'Nika Vinyls is owned by the super sweet Jennifer! I've known Jennifer for about a year now through a swap we both took part in last year. You can find her personal nail page on IG @polishedpony, as well as her beauty channel on YouTube "Polished Pony". Jennifer sent me four different vinyls to test out. Let's take a look!Side Light Vinyls - these are actually my favorites! They are super easy to use and pretty original in my opinion. Here I did a base of Vapid Moon Moth, applied the vinyls and then painted over it with Vapid Spider and the Fly. You'll want to be sure you remove the vinyls immediately after applying your second color.
Circular Floral Vinyls - Here I have a base of OPI You're So Vain-illa and then applied Heather's Hues Moonlight Skies over the vinyls.
Small Herring Bone Vinyls - I've always loved herring bone and love stamping it on, but I always have a hard time applying it straight. These worked perfectly! Here I did a base of Colors by Llarowe Teal We Meet Again and then applied Sinful Colors Gold Medal over the vinyls.
Cat Cyclone Vinyls - These are adorable! Not going to lie though, they were a challenge to apply to the nail. I am horrible at any kind of cyclone vinyl. It took me several tries to get them on correctly, but I am really happy with the results! This is a base of Zoya Evvie and China Glaze I'd Melt for You over the vinyls.
Super cute and really original! The quality of the vinyls was really great too! A few tips I've learned about using vinyls are: *if you have trouble weeding out the vinyls pieces, just stick the vinyl to the back of the sheet and they should come right off. *do not apply the vinyl on your nail until the base coat is totally dry, otherwise the vinyl will pull it right up. * after you paint on your second color, remove the vinyl immediately.
These vinyls, along with many other designs are available in La'Nika Vinyls' shop now! You can use code Lqrdmama at checkout for 15% Off!
