Hi guys! Today I have the new House of Colour Collection from China Glaze to share with you! Twelve beautiful polishes sure to get you in the mood for spring!Lets take a look!
In the Near Fuchsia is a bright fuchsia crelly. Not neon by any means, but very vibrant! It had a really great formula that needed just two; though depending on your application, you may need a third coat.
Come Rain or Shine is a gorgeous medium blue creme filled with pinky/purple shimmer that translated to the nail really well. Here I did two coats plus topcoat!
Girls Just Wanna Have Sun is a pretty pale yellow creme. In classic pastel polish formula, it was a pretty streaky on the first coat. The second coat was opaque enough for me, but depending on your application you may need a third to really smooth it out.
Sorry I'm Latte is a beautiful beige nude creme. I love nudes, so this was one of my favs! Again, I did did two coats plus topcoat.
Moonlight the Night is a clear jelly base filled with blue, turquoise, aqua and lavender iridescent glitters. In the bottle some of the glitters appear almost golden/orange, but they did not on over the white base I chose. Because they are iridescent, they take on a different look depending on the base you choose.
About Layin' Out is a gorgeous pink, corally, salmon crelly. Another great formula needing just two coats plus topcoat!
Let's Chalk About It an extremely light pinky/purple creme. almost white. China Glaze describes it as a very pale lavender. Here I did two coats plus topcoat, but you may need third as it can be a little streaky.
Pink or Swim is a really pretty dusty pink creme. Perfect formula needing only two coats plus topcoat.
Chrome Is Where the Heart Is is a mauve toned metallic. It is pretty opaque in just one coat, but I did add a second. It has a lot of visible brush strokes, so you may want to try sponging on the second coat.
Shut the Front Door! is a vibrant violet creme with pinky gold shimmer. Here I did two coats plus topcoat.
Don't Be Shallow is a pale blue creme/crelly. Thinner formula that I had to be careful didn't run to the sides of my nails. It is also a bit sheer, needing three coats to be opaque.
Glitter Me This is a clear jelly base filled with gold, white, silver and light pink hex glitters in various sizes. Pretty good glitter payoff, as I didn't have to fish for any. Here I did one coat over Let's Chalk About It.
Not a bad collection and certainly perfect for springtime. Cremes, glitter, shimmer. My favs were Sorry I'm Latte (because duh...nude) and About Layin' Out. The House of Colour Collection is available where ever China Glaze is sold
