Heather's Hues 'Faded Jewels Collection'

**press sample**
Hi guys! Today I have some gorgeous polishes from Heather's Hues to share with you! While these are Fall inspired polishes, they aren't your typical Fall colors.......and I LOVE that about this collection! The Faded Jewels Collection includes five faded jewel toned crellies; each filled with a complimentary dusting of aurora shimmer. The collection also has two beautiful toppers! Let's take a look!

Honeydew Hush is a muted honeydew green crelly with a hint of green to pink aurora shimmer. Here I did three thin coats plus topcoat. It dried fairly shiny and was easy to remove. This is my favorite of all the crellies! I'm not sure when it started, but green has quickly become one of my go to polish colors!

Lemon Chiffon Chill is a softened lemon yellow crelly with red-green-gold aurora shimmer and a touch of gold microflakes. Here I did two coats plus topcoat. For being a slightly pastel yellow shade, this self leveled perfectly on its own. It dried a teeny bit dull and was easy to remove.

Muted Mauve is a grayed out red toned violet crelly with a hint of fuschia to copper to gold aurora shimmer. Here I did three coats plus topcoat. For me I'd say this was the sheerest of the crellies. Regardless, it applied great and was easy to remove.

Paled Periwinkle is a lightened periwinkle crelly with a touch of blue to indigo to violet aurora shimmer. This is my second favorite of the crellies! Here I three thin coats plus topcoat.

Softened Sky is a faded, dusty turquoise crelly with a sprinkle of blue to teal to violet aurora shimmer. Another beauty! Here I did two coats plus topcoat, but depending on your application, you may need three. This dried fairly shiny and was easy to remove.

Iridescence is a topper filled with a mix of small and medium rainbow iridescent glitters and flakes, and a touch of holo flake. Let's be honest here....this is Fall in a bottle when applied over a black base. It makes me want to run through a pile of fallen leaves and drink a latte. Haha! This applied really smoothly, but of course due to the glitters it did need a little extra scrubbing to remove.

Opalescence is a topper filled with linear holo, iridescent flakes in blue-purple-green-teal-gold, and a touch of holo flake. This is another that looks amazing over a black base! This one was easier to remove as it doesn't have the added glitters.

If you're interested in seeing the toppers over each of the crellies above, you can check out Ashley Davis' instagram as she'll be posting her beautiful swatches soon - @southern_swatches

The Faded Jewels Collection will be available in Heather's shop on September 28th at 1pm EST. You can purchase each individual full sized polish for $11 each or snatch up the whole collection for just $70.
