OXO On* 9-Cup Coffee Maker (Review + Inspired Nail Art)

Hi guys! Today I have a bit of a different post to share with you! A lot of my fellow nail girls are just like me, in that we love our coffee! Like, I really love coffee! If I had to choose just one beverage to drink everyday, it would be coffee without a doubt! I can't function without it! Ya know all those blog posts and nail art tutorials I've done? Well those were all created by me drinking copious amounts of coffee and sometimes typing in a caffeine fueled frenzy!! You're welcome! Haha!

Chaotic Glitz - St. Patrick's Day Duo

Hi guys! Today I have a fun St. Patrick's Day Duo from Chaotic Glitz to share with you! Holo and Glitter! Does it get any better?!

First up is Leprechaun Magic! It is an absolutely gorgeous, pale green, pistachio colored holo with an amazing formula! On a normal day, I would likely do just one normal coat; for photographing purposes I did two thin coats, plus topcoat! It is gorgeous!

Yellow Opaque from Mentality Nail Polish

The second polish in the duo, is Emerald Isle! This is a clear jelly base filled with various sizes of hex glitters in different shades of green and gold. This  can be opaque on it's own or layered over a base color! For the first photos, I did one thin brushed on coat and then sponged on an additional two coats! Isn't it glorious! For the last photo I did one brushed on coat over OPI Angel with a Leadfoot!

Bundlemonster - Wonderland collection (swatches and review)

Hi guys! Today I have the Wonderland collection from Bundlemonster to share with you! I have to admit, I had no idea that Bundlemonster made regular nail polish... I always thought they only made stamping polish. I clearly never researched them...and I am stupid for that! Their nail polishes are awesome!

The Wonderland collection is a set of six "winter" colored nail polishes. It has a nice range of finishes from cremes and metallics to glitters!

Born Pretty Store - Stamper and Plate review

Hi everyone! Today I have a little review of a stamper and design plate I was sent to review by Born Pretty Store. Now, just a warning, I am not a professional stamper. I have only been slightly dabbling in it for a few weeks. Thus far none of the stampers and plates I have tried have really worked for me. There is always hype about the Pueen and MoYou plates, but since I am a newbie, i didn't want to spend too much cash buying stuff Ill never be able to use. I thought this was the perfect time to see about reviewing a cheaper option. (cheaper in cost, not quality)

Vapid Lacquer - Pessimist and Optimist (Swatches and Review)

As many of you know, in doing nailart, it is sometimes hard to find that one base coat that has a great formula. I personally have had a very difficult time finding a white creme that didn't take a billion coats, wasn't streaky and didnt look thick when I was done. I think Vapid Lacquer has answered my prayers. Krys has had these for awhile and I don't know why I never got them before?!

Inspired By - Maria Menounos' Dress

Hi Everyone,

I am often inspired by so many weird and wonderful things. Anything from a dress to another nail artist, or to even the wrapper on a bar of soap..haha! Inspiration can be found pretty much anywhere. I have recently found myself looking at a pattern or texture and instantly thinking how this might look on my nails and working on designs in my head or on a nail art template. (these can be found by just googling "nail template". The ones I've been using appear to have come from http://lavendarstarnails.blogspot.com.


Today I just wanted to share how some of my rereations/designs are born. From the initial inspirations to the finished look.

To start, I was inspired by a dress that Maria Menounos wore.

I don't generally do tutorials or pictorials, mainly because I'm not very good at them, haha. But I had recently gained a lot of followers and one of them asked if I could do a tutorial for a Cookie Monster mani. I was in such a great mood that I decided to give it a go! Be nice..lol!
